Invite-only beta · before the interview, the pitch, the board

Get argued with before it counts.

A panel of advisors takes opposing sides on your call and shows you where they split. Then it grills you: follow-ups on your follow-ups, every answer scored 0 to 100.

The honest comparison

Why not just ask ChatGPT?

“Isn’t this just ChatGPT with a few personalities bolted on?”

One assistant agrees with you. A panel argues in front of you, then turns the questions on you.

A single chat assistant

One assistant. It mostly agrees.

  • Agrees, then hedges to “it depends.”
  • Forgets the call you made last week.
  • Grounded in nothing in particular.
LEPANEL

Many advisors, in tension, and they grill you too.

  • A panel that disagrees then debates it.
  • It advises and grills you.
  • Every practice answer scored, with reasons and feedback.
A coach or a friend

One person, one calendar.

  • Irreplaceable, and booked solid.
  • One worldview, not a whole room.
  • Hard to repeat, hard to score.

Use lePanel alongside a coach, not instead of one: for the calls that don’t justify a calendar invite, and the reps you’d run before you book the real thing.

One panel. Two ways to use it.

An advisory board that disagrees with you: one side counsels you, the other side comes for you.

It advises you

Bring the call you’ve been turning over alone.

It answers in opposing stances, names the disagreement out loud, and remembers the call you made.

“Take the bigger round at heavier dilution, or hold out?” Where the panel landed names what they’re really arguing about.
It grills you

It comes for you.

The Grill Room inverts the panel: the advisors ask, then critique every answer. Come back and your score climbs.

“Walk me through the gap on your resume.” You answer. The next advisor picks the gap you left, until you stop leaving it.

My manager wants to promote me — 30% more income, bigger title — but I've been considering building my own startup. $25K in savings gives me six months of runway if stretched. The idea is pre-PMF, no customers yet. I have until Friday. Should I take it?

SUGGESTIONS
  • Clarify what 'pre-PMF' means: what customer discovery or validation have you done?
  • Separate the startup viability question from the promotion decision—ask one first.
  • Define your personal success metric: income floor, equity upside, or learning goal?

Should I take the promotion or pursue [your startup idea] given [your customer validation to date] and [your primary success metric]?

From the founder

Why I built a room that argues back.

Agreeable AI failed me, and plenty of people before me. General AI kept telling me my answers were good, agreeing with me, or making the question I asked feel stronger than it was. They weren’t and it always forgot after a while.

I’ve co-founded a company before and worked with many people; the rooms that made me better were always the ones that pushed back and grilled me.

So I built that room: one that rates the question itself on structure, context and stakes, and brings in advisors with authored stances, grounded in the material you bring, structured to disagree, honest before comfortable. The call stays yours.

Questions

What people ask first.

Are these real people?

No. Every advisor is built: a distinct stance, written to argue its corner rather than agree with you. It also convenes at 11pm without a calendar invite. Each answers independently, with no shared draft to converge on. Then the panel’s read names the live disagreement and flags where consensus looks too easy. Have them debate that finished round and they read each other’s answers and push back once, in the open — and the read is rewritten around the argument.

Will my data be used to train models?

No. Your sources, sessions, and advisors are yours. We process API calls with our model providers under terms that exclude training. Export or delete everything any time.

Does it cost anything?

Not during beta. Paid plans will launch alongside the public release, but everyone in the beta gets it free for the duration and locks in founder pricing afterwards.
