Built to disagree with you.
Most tools tell you what you want to hear.
Why it exists
lePanel exists because agreeable AI failed me, and plenty of people before me. Every AI I asked kept telling me my answers were good, agreeing with me, or making the question I asked feel stronger than it was. They weren’t. I’d co-founded a company before and worked with many people; the rooms that made me better were always the ones that pushed back. So I built that room: one that rates the question itself on structure, context and stakes, and seats advisors grounded in their own material, structured to disagree, honest before comfortable. The call stays yours.

Why disagreement
A model tuned to be helpful tends to converge on the most defensible answer. That answer is often wrong, and almost always boring. We surface structured disagreement on purpose. The choice stays yours; the friction is the point.
Why grounding
Without source material, “what would they say” is just a vibe. With it, each persona answers from their own corpus and stays close to it. The voice is consistent, and the advice is theirs, not a generic model’s.
Why better questions
Most questions arrive vague. lePanel rates what you type on structure, context and stakes, then offers a sharper version before the room answers. You choose what goes in. Asking well is a skill; the panel trains it.
Where you stand
lePanel is made and run from Aotearoa New Zealand. Your data lives at rest in Sydney (ap-southeast-2), the closest region.
Your questions, panels and threads are not used to train any model, ours or anyone’s. We don’t sell data. The full subprocessor list is on the privacy page, in plain English.

A human behind it
lePanel is one person in Auckland, New Zealand, not a VC growth machine. I read what you send. If something’s wrong, tell me and a human fixes it.

What it isn’t
If something here lands like real distress, talk to a human. The panel is a thinking tool, not care.
Useful framing for money questions, not regulated guidance. Do your own work before you move capital.
Even when the panel agrees, it's your call. The synthesis is what to think about, not what to do.
Pick a starter panel or build your own. Bring the question that’s been sitting on your chest.
