lePanel is early and still being built. Every change we make shows up here, newest first. Material changes to how we handle your data are marked, announced at least 14 days before they take effect.
Latest changes
October 2026
- Our Terms now set out our refund policy and how we tell you about changes.
We don't usually refund payments, but we may choose to, and we always will where the law requires it. The Terms don't take away consumer rights the law says can't be excluded. We give at least 14 days' notice of changes to the Terms where we can, and we always tell you before a change that reduces your rights takes effect.
- Our Terms now say plainly that lePanel is not professional advice and not for emergencies.
The advisors give general information and practice, so check important decisions with a qualified professional. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number. The Terms also say that before you subscribe or change plans we show you the renewal terms and ask you to confirm, and that we email you before an annual plan renews.
- Our Privacy Policy now starts with a short version.
It also says more plainly what already happens. The services that write and score your answers run under zero data retention: they don't keep your content after they reply, except where the law or abuse prevention requires it. No one at lePanel reads your panels; we see only what you send us in feedback or support, or what the law requires. We work out your country from your IP address at checkout for tax, and keep the country and region with your consent records as evidence of your location for tax, and you can complain to a regulator. Nothing changed about what we collect or who receives it.
September 2026
- If we can't accept your subscription from your country yet, we now refund it and can email you once when we open there.
We keep your email address and country on a waitlist for that one email. You can leave it at any time. Our Privacy Policy says how long we keep it.

Both are now easier to read, on a phone too. Nothing changed about what we collect, how we use it, or your rights.
- Payments now run through Airwallex instead of Stripe.
Airwallex is now the company that processes our subscriptions and payments, and it processes that data in several countries. It receives your billing name, email and address, and a record of each payment attempt. Card numbers are typed into Airwallex's own form and never reach us. Stripe is no longer used. The subprocessor list in our Privacy Policy has the details.
August 2026
- The landing page, recut
The landing now shows one clickable walkthrough of a real round instead of five explanatory sections. The public question sharpener is retired. All questions moved to a new /faq page.
- Clearer messages when a round can't run.
Hitting a plan limit, a full thread, or a question outside what your panel covers now says exactly that, instead of a generic error.
- Advisors can now debate each other's answers.
After a round lands, press Have them debate: each advisor responds to the others once, and the read updates to account for the argument.
