How the paid allowance works

One pool: Questions to your panel and grills draw on the same monthly allowance. A grill uses more of your allowance than a single question.
Nothing charged on top: When it runs out, it starts again with your plan’s next period, or you can move up a plan. You are never billed extra.

The words on this page

Question to your panel: One thing you ask; every advisor on the panel answers it alone. In the app this is called a round.
Grill: A practice run where the panel questions you instead of you questioning them, then tells you how it went.
Advisor: One member of your panel: a fully written point of view that answers in its own words, and answers from your material when you attach it. Each advisor is a built character with a stated point of view. Not a real person.
File upload: A resume, a job ad, a deck or notes the panel reads before it answers.

About paying

What happens when I use up my allowance?: You’ll see it coming in the app. Nothing is charged on top; it starts again with your plan’s next period, or you can move up a plan.
How do I cancel?: In Settings, any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?: Refunds follow our Terms, in the section on subscriptions and billing. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Is my data used to train models?: We don’t use your content to train models, and our providers’ terms exclude training. Privacy
