- Standing advisory panels
- Convene a room of advisors around a question and keep returning to it. Choose from 270 advisors, each grounded in their own material and built to answer from a real point of view, not a consensus blur.
- Rounds that disagree out loud
- Ask once and the panel answers from different angles, then names where the advisors actually disagree instead of smoothing it into one safe reply. You still make the call. Now you make it with the disagreement in front of you.
- Ground the panel in your own material
- Add your own notes, a link, a document, a PDF, or a whole book so advisors answer from your context rather than a generic guess. Anything you upload is kept in a library you can reuse across panels.

Every answer is scored, you get an honest debrief on what landed and what did not, and your progress is tracked across sessions so you can watch yourself improve.

- Voice conversation
- Practice in the Grill Room by voice, because saying it out loud feels more authentic and real than typing it.
- Share the panels and advisors you build
- As the marketplace opens to users, publish a panel or an advisor you have assembled so other people can start from your work, not a blank page.
- Team workspaces
- Bring a small team into the same panels and threads, so a decision has one shared room.
- Control your own cadence
- Today you can switch the weekly digest on and pick which day it arrives. Next: gentler nudges that resurface a decision when it matters, and finer control over how often lePanel reaches you.

Where this goes
lePanel is growing into the standing board you rehearse every hard moment with: the room that argues your decision in the open, then turns around and grills you on it, and remembers the calls you made so it can hold you to them. One place you come back to for the next raise, the next hire, the next launch. That is what we are building toward.
